When you call us, you’ll speak with an empathetic member of the metro Phoenix community. This isn’t true of most of our competitors. They field calls at an out-of-state call center. You talk to people who can’t fully relate to what Arizona summer means.
The technician who shows up at your door will be someone we know and trust. We have our own in-house technicians who service most of our claims. And for claims that lie outside our specialties, we work with vendors with whom we have strong relationships. This isn’t true of most competitors. They send all of their claims to countless outside vendors and don’t truly know who will show up at your door.
Once your claim is complete, you’ll receive a personal call from our customer care team. It is their job to make sure your concerns are resolved and learn what we can do better. We take that feedback seriously.
